Completed in 2014 for $4.4 million, the renovations included new heating and air-conditioning for each of the suites. Other upgraded and expanded amenities include laundry facilities, salon, new community rooms on each floor and the addition of a new main entrance canopy, walkway, and landscaping.

Richard F. Mulá Architects LLC provided architectural design services to rejuvenate an existing 1950 circa townhome apartment building for Luther Acres. The approach in renovating the 17,500 square foot senior living townhome was to invigorate the exterior with a combination of stone and stucco while still maintaining the existing brick veneer, and the addition of new covered balconies with sliding glass doors, embracing more natural light and access to outdoor lounge space.
