The facility provides its associates with a large open workspace, atrium dining area, racquetball court, and urban circulation plan. This building was designed with LEED Certification intent.

Mulá Architects provided programming, planning, architectural and interior design services for one of east coast’s largest produce distributors. The project resulted in the creation of a new 85,000 square feet corporate center and over 240,000 square feet of state of the art refrigerated warehouse and distribution center.

The design of the corporate center engages the newest ideas in open space office design, natural daylighting, and solid “green” design principles.
