Richard F. Mulá Architects stepped into a unique role for Millerville’s South Village residence halls project serving as owner’s representative.

The three-phase student housing replacement project encompassed more than 488,000 square feet and replaced the existing 2,275 beds of traditional dormitory housing with approximately 2,200 beds of new, modern suite-style student housing, organized into a living/learning community transforming Millersville University’s South Quad.
