Located at 617 South Water Street in the Keystone Opportunity Zone of Lancaster, PA. The project combined use of several varying materials in a contemporary design that portrays both a compliment to the high-technology company as well as a reflection on the industrial context of the surrounding development area.
The interior combines the juxtaposition of exposed structure and natural material with the high technology operations of One2One, Inc.
