This project included the design of (18) new independent living cottages; each of the generously sized 2,000 square foot cottages incorporates a vaulted open living room-kitchen concept, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, a sun-room, and private garages.

While maximizing the efficiency of a duplex style configuration, the design embraces the availability of capturing an abundant supply of natural light and spatial openness.
